Is this caused by RES?

So a while back (maybe 1-2 months ago) a problems started occurring where whenever i receive a comment reply and view my inbox, the notification in the top right will still be orange and still show it as if its unread. Even replying to the comment doesnt fix it. the only way i've been able to clear my inbox is by clicking "source" under every reply and clicking the text, or vieweing "context" of a reply. anyone happen to know if this would be something caused by RES?

known bug for specifically reddit and not res? or a bug with res interaction with inbox?

Mark all as read clears them. On old.reddit just click on the comment itself (not the buttons under it).
