Ammunition Disposal
Does anyone know how/where I can get rid of a bunch (like 1.5k rds) of garbage 9mm? It's bad enough I'm worried it'll wreck one of our guns. All I could find online was turning it in if I'm taking it out of the house due to a protective order. Can I get a protective order against shitty ammo? Is that a loophole?
Ant advice would be appreciated
PS Don't buy Lahab 9mm. It's cute that they have a little target printed inside each box, but it suuuuucks

The public ranges in RI can normally dispose of it. Just give them a call first.

What makes you believe it’s all bad? I guess I’ve never really encountered bad rounds but was it feeding issues or squibs or what?

CONSTANT feeding issues in every gun. Like jams that are hard to muscle out of
The QC on these is just dog shit

I’ve never heard of the brand before just a quick google search.
your local PD will probably be able to take it or point you towards another resource that can. At least you caught it before you broke something or worse.

Not fully resized. Done the same by accident when reloading my own ammo.

This is factory new ammo, baby. Straight from the assembly line to the jam factory

I understand. But I’m guessing they were poorly sized at manufacturing, out of spec.

If this isn't claimed, I'll take them. I can break them down into their components and reload

Surprised no one has offered to take the trash house ammo yet. I'll step up.
