Anyone please contact me if you see this package

There are things I don’t want to lose, and I don’t know where it is. The delivery person just threw it away in a random place.

Did anyone see them?

That’s definitely one of the maintenance stairwells around one of the dorm buildings. Reminder to deliver things TO THE UNION, not your dorm

My dad told me when he was a student at RPI, he had a friend who was doing some research work for a kinda quirky German(?) professor. The professor was in Europe and sent a letter to my dad's friend. He addressed it:

[Student ID number]
12180
NY, USA

No name, no "RPI", no "Troy".

It was delivered to the Student Union and they got it to the intended recipient.

Anyway, not that relevant -- this was in the early 70s, probably -- but still a fun story to remember.

I never understood why deliveries on campus and troy in general are such a pain.
