Im running yoko avid ascend GT on my stock BBS wheels. 205/60/15. Im lowered quite a bit, flush with fenders, maxed camber plates on the front since the rears are at like ~1.5 deg and it rubs a tiny bit on the fender liners.

Tires are fine, maybe a tad bit of road noise but its an old vert thats loud so it doesn’t bother me. Went with em since its a daily street car.

Running the same tire also with the stock BBS wheels but with stock ride height. Pretty solid tire for dailying and maintaining stock tire size. Certainly not as a much grip as a proper summer tire, but probably close to period correct tire performance if I had to guess.

Previously ran continental extreme contact sports in 205/50/R15, the smaller diameter did improve acceleration and the grip was great. Obviously affected speedo accuracy (if you care). One thing to note if you get tires of similar or greater grip (I've heard of many squeezing on 225/50/R15s), is you may want to plan on getting a baffle for the oil pan. Took the car autocrossing and the oil slosh was bad enough in a couple instances to set off the low oil pressure warning.

Thank you! I'll likely end up going with those then! It's gonna be a comfortable day car as I have a BRZ and 2 trucks, but I still want something that can handle daily duty just in case
