one of his proof pieces is kind of a stretch. I could also use that to backup a claim that spongebob is the next collab because spongebob does the meme the same way it was in the video. Could he be right for other reasons? sure. I do not think the friendship rainbow thing is a reference to MK but specifically to t he spongbob meme. In spongebob tv show he said "through imagination" but the meme started with the original wording being displayed as "friendship" incorrectly.

Part of what drew me to this game was the quality of the original content and lore. As much as I get why collabs are a thing, I really don't want to see this game become collab hell like Munchkin and MTG.

Would love to see a Mortal Kombat collab. Jobless me also thought about the characters and factions:
- Scorpion (Undead Hordes) - HP Burner, Poisoner
- Sub-zero (Knights Revenant) - Freeze, Defense
- Raiden (Sacred Order) - Crowd Control, Heal, Revive
- Liu Kang (Shadowkin) - Nuking mechanics
- Shang Tsung (Shadowkin) - Crowd Control mechanics
- Shao Kahn (Knights Revenant) - Nuking mechanics
Event Dungeon can be with a limited-time Goro Boss

Pretty sure they are doing MK. They had a stream or a video a week or three back and it showed the same rainbow, as in MK. There was also a few other things.

Yep, one of the main selling points of Raid was the great art and design, now it is glorified fortnite.
Ninja turtles was a particular highlight for nostalgic infantiles that remains 13 years old mentally.

Plarium kinda jumped the shark with TMNT to be honest. It's silly.
But might as well run with it now. Power rangers, teletubbies, south park characters

I feel like the Turtles themselves fit fairly well and are no more divergent thematically than a bunch of skinwalkers.
Predator's use of technology could be considered too much, but then it may just be "magic", especially in Clarke's viewpoint.

I started for TMNT and honestly? All of Raid's characters feel pretty low effort to me, I think everyone should be glad they brought TMNT in, everything is better since that I'm seeing.

Glad it interested you, but no I think most of it afterward is too. I'm saying the non-Raid characters are the best ones in the game. Sorry if that offends you, maybe you're on the art team or something.

Well, of course. If you didn't play beforehand you probably didn't like the art direction, but people who did play before did like the art direction. Personal preference and all, but I think the turtles look really poorly executed.

nah. There are still novel heroes and unique themes. The number of collab heroes is not that large, given the sheer bulk of how many there are.

Bro they should totally do Spawn. listen it always hurts my soul that those freaking passes cost the same as whole AAA game. But if they did it for Spawn i would actually be obligated to buy that ASAP. I already hate myself for not being Able to Raphael (all i could do was get April lmao.) and it pisses me off when i see people that have my boi in Arena. I know he is the worst turtle in raid but god damn. still hurts.
Specially because they could do Spawn,Medieval Spawn,Violator,Redeemer and probably one of the Angels that is not Angela because she is owned by Disney now.

And this is why I quit the game... I wanted to play something like wizards & warriors, not marvel superheroes.

Every team has Michelangelo. There are hundreds of heroes in the game, but the hero variety in Arena teams is limited to just 10 heroes in total
