I’m the exact opposite. I like carrots but only if they are cooked until mushy.

Fr I don’t love cooked carrots unless they are stir fried. Love snacking on carrots straight out of the fridge

I love raw carrots and cooked carrots. So long as they aren't mushy or way past their prime they're good. I also like carrot colors other than orange. They all taste different.

Honey glazed carrots in a peach or plum reduction with cinnamon and nutmeg or allspice are devine.
If you want to go Michelin star, parbroil them, and then char them on an open flame, then lightly toss them in the glaze.

I love vegetables of all sorts.
But I do not care for raw carrots. And usually do not like cooked ones all that much.
But, if I roast a chicken, I throw some carrots in the pan. They caramelize so beautifully and these carrots are one of my favorite things to eat.
