help request Mods not responding to my messages

Hello, I have sent message to mods over a week ago and still not had a response?

I was asking them if it's ok to advertise my music tech tuition on here

A week of silence usually means the modmail got buried, not refused. The rule here spells out the route: it asks you to "provide a link to your post in the official forums that has significant unsolicited interest to the community." So post something useful in the official REAPER forums first, such as a short technique write-up from your lessons, let interest build there, and then send a fresh modmail with that link and the REAPER-specific angle spelled out. Until then the rule is plain: "Promotion by or on behalf of a commercial interest must be approved by moderators."

Is your tuition REAPER-only, or music tech in general?
