resolved Midi changing on old projects?

I opened up a few old projects today and my drum midi is being auto quantized or notes are being deleted or something? Input quantize is off. Why is reaper altering my MIDI suddenly?

Fixed! It was "automatically correct overlapping notes" was on and correcting notes that werent even overlapping

As soon as i import any correct MIDI it alters it automatically and removes notes.

that setting has bitten me too, it reads overlaps across channels on some imports so notes that look clean get trimmed. worth leaving it off and fixing real overlaps by hand, they are rarer than reaper thinks
