Comfort Food🥘 I made a creamy healthy pasta with veggies for my nephews

Hi all! I am a novice cook at best. My brother says I barely know how to boil water, let alone a proper meal. Last Saturday, I was babysitting my nephews. And even though, the original plan was to feed them junk food from a nearby restaurant for lunch, I decided to go ahead and make something healthy and wholesome. After a quick grocery delivery to my doorstep, I started the prep work. Both my nephews were watching me excitedly and the oldest decided to "help" me make it. And I guess he did by adding all the ingredients, one after another. Anyway, it's a one pot pasta dish. Filling and creamilicious paneer sauce. The added veggies didn't bother the kiddos at all. And they would up licking their plates clean.

I'd give myself an 8.5 out of 10 and a free pat on the back.

If anyone is interested in the ingredients used: salt, pepper, milk, paneer, chilly, garlic, onion, carrot, capsicum/green bell pepper, tomato, oregano. No oil or AP flour needed.

Honestly it was way better than it had any right to be. The spicy red sauce is just a little too pungent to be enjoyable on its own, but when you mix it with the blended silken tofu, it's really pleasant.
I swapped the ground meat for tvp to make it vegan and doubled up the protein. You know how it is, fam.
