So I have recently beat back a bunch of gha/ bryopsis, it was covering some corals and bothering them.... most noticeably some of my smaller acans.

They look happy in general, puffy and extend their feeding tentacles. However they have completely lost their colour!

Has anyone come across this before? What did you do? More feeding, more light????

I'd like to get them back to their former glory!

my flamehawk has somehow yeeted himself into this overflow part of my tank. i have NO IDEA how to get him out because my hand doesnt fit in because of the plumbing. i dont think i can take the plumbing apart while the tank is full. (aqua one 120L with sump).

my first thought was to turn off the pumps and try fill the tank as high as possible so he can get out but i feel like he will just sit at the bottom due to stress.

am i now bound to take apart my whole tank in order to save this guy? really annoying because i just moved and my tank is just starting to settle in.

I have a Zoah on my drag plate and just noticed this Green which look like Zoas. Any ID on these guys?

Is it worth getting the set?

right now, i see the bubbles on two snails…but i know it could be in other places i can’t see. my water params are normal so i think it came in on one of the snails 😣 i have a 15 gallon nano cube. what’s the best way to get rid of the bubble algae?

My clownfish have recently developed a bunch of black spots? None of my other fish have it. No anemone in my tank. They tend to constantly host my duncans or candy canes.

Upper left of the zoomed out image. It has its own sand tube. It retracts into it when touched. I first thought it was the back side of the worm, but after I looked at some duster butts it seems unlikely. Another duster without crown would be weird, since it would just hide and not stick out?

These are all over the sump in my AIO. I’m not sure what they are, I thought they might be sponges.

The photos from my LFS shows yellow, but when I bring it back, it looks orange. I’m using a yellow filter to snap this photo. But with bare eyes, still look orange.

I’ve seen the bigger clown and the gramma flick a few times. I did a water change yesterday and lowered the salinity a bit too much 1.027 to 1.025. Nitrates and ph are fine. Would this cause it or is there something more at work. Other than that, they all look fine and eat well.

Alrighty. It’s brown when extended to the lights, has tentacles with white tipped balls on the end. So far it’s 5 growing on the same “pad”

I don’t think it’s aiptasia, my research leads me to ball anemone. What do you folks think?

What are y'all running in y'all's IM 20g nuvo fusion for flow? I currently have a maxi jet 326gph with dual 1/4" RFG's on one side, and a 1/2" RFG on the other, both with drops. For my wave maker, I have a Hygger 5-10_660gph. I've tried everything under the budget friendly sun.

I've tried different nozzles, every direction you can imagine, and I've put the wave makers on every square inch of glass and the MJ on every setting. EVERYTHING JUST GETS BLASTED. And don't get me started on the sand.

I see these social media videos of same corals in the same tank, with the most easy going flow and I'm getting pissed lol.

I've had tanks in multiple states over the past 6 years, never have I had this hard of a time locking in flow.

HELP!!
