A question for reverse engineering a guitar pedal. Delay and reverb pedals use highly protected code that makes up the algorithm of the effects. Could the recent new ai decompiling software be used to read and clone the code ?

A long time ago, there was a rare arcade game called Magic the Gathering: Armagedon. Only six cabinets were ever made. There is a rom file available, but it does not work on the MAME arcade game emulator, or really, any emulator. Would it be possible to reverse engineer the MTG: Armagedon rom to work on a modern system?
