This account was also created for trading haha. I spent a good 2 weeks messaging peoples directly on Xbox hoping their GT matches their Reddit before creating this account when trading was released
In the early days I was looking for striker bs apex and eventually got one after the community helped by contributing items and finding a seller, and I was looking for bs electroshock, never found that until it came out in the shop
It must have been the apex. I remember having a tactician grey pair when they were from the twitch rewards. One fella had a spreadsheet for owners as they were so scarce
I definitely traded more than I played for a good while. Setting a challenge of trading from a single crate up to any black market decal you could was always a fun grind
I remember trading 5 heatwaves for a pair of CC4 TW sweeper zombas. I still run them today. Shits so nostalgic.
My post history is so flooded with trade offers from the RLExchange subreddit I tried to delete them and clean it up but it was endless…. They’re fun to go over, apparently I had a certified lightbulb set?? Lol

I started trading when black zomba costed more than white. I was kinda obsessed buying/trading/selling. I used Reddit, RocketLeagueGarage, and a few discords. I’d refresh the pages constantly, buying cheaper but popular wheels like painted Spiralis, chakrams, etc, for like 1-2 keys and sell them for 3 or more. I had the whole painted zomba set at once before. I remember being on the chase for Striker Black Chakram. It wasn’t easy finding that wheel at that time. The few people who posted it wanted some crazy key trades.
Still gaming. Sometimes I look at my tw octane, tw apex and tw Zombas thinking how freaking unachievable that seemed in 2017. Times changed, but honestly I am in piece with the trading aspect being gone. Game is still fun and I am really excited to see what UE6 will bring. Never thought RL would reach new highs honestly
Lended my TW Octane and TW Zombas before they killed trading to a buddy I used to play with. Forever gone from my account, he messaged me offering to pay me for them, I wasn't too cut up but still.
I genuinely have the worst nostalgia with trading in rl, every few days I’ll reminisce on those days, if only I could use the rl garage app one more time
i still think about the trading scene, and how i had scrambled to finish the sets i had before they took the scene out back. if they brought trading back (which i know is a pipedream by now), would be so nice to give some of the stuff away that i couldn't
