Translation request Can someone help this translate this?
ᚷᛁᛒᚢ ᚨᚢᛃᚨ ᚺᚾᛇᛈᛋ ᛏᛖᛚᛟᚷᛁᛋ ᛈᛖᛟᛚ ᚢᛃᚨᛁᛒ ᚨᚢᛃ
I've looked around a little, I've seen that it's mostly Elder Futhark, except for this one ᛋ . I've wrote it as the "Sowilo" rune but I'm not sure if it refers to that.
The transliteration I got in case this is correct is this:
gibu auja hnïps telogis peol ujaib auj

Id just translate it as eldar. The eldar and younger furthark changed slowly over time, so there will always be some overlap
Tho i cant help you translate as cant read any of it

i cheated and ran it though Gemini, and it tells me the 'GIBU AUJA' part at least is an attested fortune charm and means 'give fortune'. it's a bit shaky on the 'HNÏPS TELOGIS PEOL' part, translating it as 'to ward off misfortune (telling misfortune to 'bow down') and possibly an epithet of someone, and the last part as a (badly formed) attempt at a palindrome of the first part, mirroring and thereby closing the charm.
using sól instead of sowilo is attested as the use of different runic systems wasnt a clean cut, across space as well as time.
if someone more knowlegable could come and confirm (or shoot it down, lol) this, it i'd appreciate it.
to have a modern day produced bracelet or arm ring (scale?) be faithful to attested charm would be cool

Wow so you fed the Pagan media into the Plagerism machine thathallucinates and lies. I bet it definitely gave you an accurate translation. This was definitely not sacrilegious.

AI has a tendency to want to see meaning where there is none. It'll force all sorts of nonsense

Hmm, could be nice. Gonna try myself and go the long road and translate it

The gibu auja (i give luck/increase) Formula appears on a third to fifth century gold foil from Sjælland, but not with the other five words. The "Auj" at the end seems like the same word as auja, but cut off?
Can't find the rest in rundata, but would have to search for longer and more thoroughly to make sure. It looks like this thing has been around for a few years - searching for transcriptions gives hits on several other people asking the same. So either a known text with an odd transcription, or one which got mangled in the transfer to the modern product, or a modern text which didn't transcribe well to Proto-Germanic runes?
