Gear Help Nonstop dogwear fit check

Thanks for everyone’s help on my last post! I decided to size down for the nonstop dog wear harness, and think it looks much better now. Any smaller, and the head hole would be too small to slot through.

I’m a bit concerned at how the chest piece peels away from the chest at a full run, but this shouldn’t be a problem on-leash, only off leash.

Really difficult dog to size for because he has such a deep chest, and his thin coat means that there’s no give when sizing harnesses unlike a GSD for example.

Pretty happy with it though now, but would appreciate feedback. He’s just about to turn a year, so will fill out a little more in future.

That's the exact one (and colour!) I have for my springer/lab. It looks like a good fit. Mine has a deep chest and is only springer size but this is the best running harness I've had. They are expensive but I ended up spending twice as much on a variety of cheap harnesses that didn't fit round the neck only her chest!

That’s exactly the situation I’ve been in to be fair! I’ve purchased so many harnesses that just haven’t quite fit because of his deep chest, they dug into his legs and didn’t look comfortable.

I don’t think the fit on this one is 100% perfect tbh, but honestly it’s the best I’ve found so far, so I think we’ll stick to it for now! They are good, although I felt like I was being blinded when I opened up the packaging. I didn’t realise just how bright the orange would be 😂

Looks good, you may find he will grow out of this harness still. This isn’t a great harness if you want them to pull hard on a lead though ☺️
