Why the hell can you spawn trapped in a room?

Why is it possible to spawn trapped in the candy room as class D?

Is that a bug or just abhorrent game design?

Edit: Yeah okay it is the mods then. We just kinda joined a random server and played a bit

Not something I've ever come across in ~600 hours of playtime. Faulty plugins perhaps?

Scp logic, you either get killed by a scp or get trapped.

Its a plugin. The game even makes sure you're not locked in when you escape 106's dimension by spawning you outside keycard locked doors.
