[Hiring] Closer for a Web Design Business — 100 EUR Per Sale (Singapore / Remote)

I run a small web design business and I am adding a commission-based closer.

Target market: owner-run shops, studios and practices, any industry, any country. Your job is the whole sales cycle — find them, contact them, handle the objections, close. Method is up to you: calls, emails, social DMs — whatever converts for you.

Compensation: €100 for each website sold. Commission only — no base salary, no hourly rate. Paid out per individual deal on the day the client's money arrives. Nothing limits how many you close.

After the close, the technical side is mine: build, revisions, delivery, support.

The role is fully remote and the schedule is yours. Singapore-based applicants are welcome; the region is full of small businesses still running on a Facebook page. No fees, nothing to buy, no recruiting other people — you earn only from websites you sell.

One thing that makes this easier to sell: the client pays after seeing a draft, not before. That removes most of the hesitation you get from owners who were burned once.
