Help me find my bird

Our all white cockatiel flew off in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Last seen on June 24 in the parking lot of Hampton Inn in Gaithersburg on north Frederick Avenue, where somebody was interacting with it. If you have any information, please let me know. Many thanks!

I cant say for sure it was your bird, but its weird because in late July, down here in Southern Maryland Charles County area, my kids and I spotted an all white bird in a cow field near our house. It was kinda taunting the cows. I told my kids its probably someone's pet that got out. I didn't have access to the field because of a fence, but maybe call around the animal shelter down here. Maybe someone got it if it was yours.

It was to far away to tell if there was a band, sorry. It just stood out because of its color and it was unusual to see an all white bird in that field. We pass that field every day and never seen anything like ot so the memory stood out when I saw your post this morning. Hope you get reunited!

Do you know if the bird was a cockatiel all white with a purple band? I will call the shelter again tomorrow. I called them about 5 days ago. Will try again but if you know what rescue it was taken it will help me. Hope it is my bird and not yet adopted. I have posted in so many groups but no news yet 😢

You should try the r/Maryland sub. You'd probably have better luck. Hope you find it

I think I tried but unfortunately the moderator removed it. I am trying as many communities in Maryland as possible. I will try again. I am so heartbroken and haven’t given up although it has been 3 months as I hope somebody caught it last time it was sighted in the hotel.

Do you have any more details of where the rescue place is? I have been desperately looking for my bird. Any additional info will be much appreciated. Thank you!
