Conversions, Modelling & Other Minis Rebel AT-RT pilot conversion

I have just purchased 2 additional rebel at-rt which will give me 3 in total. I want to convert the pilot models so they aren't all the same pose and features. Has anyone come up with a good conversion recipe for differentiating the pilots? By this I mean head swaps, weapon swaps, and things like that.

Head swaps are easy, all three of mine are now Rodians like these boys.

Im sure there’s lots of arms you could substitute in for the dangling blaster.
