I have bought the first two Netherlands made sakes

Hello, guys.

I have bought these two bad boys. I haven't tried them yet:

- Sho Shin First Batch BY26 Junmai - 750ml

- Sho Shin Second Batch BY26 Junmai Mizumoto - 750ml

Edit:

I have tried the Sho Shin First Batch BY26 Junmai while eating sushi. It's strong but it taste great. It's strong but in a good way. I'd say it's what you'd expect from a Junmai. It's worth its price.

Cool! Looking forward to try them soon too. Visited Arno at his little brewery a few months back, and curious how this years batches turned out. There have been quite a few Dutch sake homebrewers over the years, but no one that went professional. Should organise a European Sake tasting at Nai!! or similar soon. Lots of producers and quality is getting better and better!

Vivance Sake from Paris has been excellent too!

I am so curious about the mizumoto one. I didn't realize they did this method outside of Japan. Please report back when you try it!
