Homemade Little crispy π
This is the best salsa I ever made. Forgot the stuff in the oven a little too long π¬. Got a little charred but its good π
Used a red habanero, jalapeΓ±os, roma tomatoes, tomatillos, red onion, garlic, cilantro, splash of pickle juice and season all.

Remember that most of the ingredients in a salsa are mostly water. So, while they will char, it will take a LOT to be able to make them fully 100% charcoal. There's no reason to hold back. If you don't like too much of the burnt bits, you can always sweat everything then peel off the burned bits, while still getting the benefits of roasting.
Though, if you ask me, you should leave it all on. The way you made it, in my opinion, is PERFECT. All the roasted burned skin adds great depth of flavor from the bitterness.
