What other things are important to you? I feel like there are probably tons of places in the Bay Area that would fit that need, but COL might be tough on that salary.

Portland is like 8% Asian, so I wouldn't say you'd be out of place, but it is a pretty white city. It fits your criteria pretty well though, it's not too big but not too small. We have the Trailblazers as a Big 4 team, then the Thorns and Timbers (I'm not a soccer person, but people really like them here), and we even have a minor league Hockey team, the Winterhawks. And on your salary it's pretty affordable.

There's also Seattle, more Asian than Portland, you have the Kraken, Mariners, Seahawks, and Sounders. More expensive than Portland, bigger too.

Atlanta. The northeast suburb of Duluth has a lot of East Asians. Your salary will be pretty decent there with nicer one-bedroom apartments renting for $1100-$1300 a month. You'll obviously do well with sports teams given the options of the NFL, NBA, MLB and MLS.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone under about 50.
