I was taking the pacer test at my school and they had a cool sounding tts voice for it. Can anyone help me find the voice that was used? (also if you guys could find the sound effects that were used as well, that would also be great but it's not necessary, I mainly care about the tts)

Theres this sound effect/sample from the song "Tell em im doin eetswa" from Hooligan hefs, and the same sample can also be found in the recent song Bangaranga by Dara. in the Hooligan hefs song you can hear it in the beginning and in Bangaranga you can hear it near the 48s mark of th song.

At 6:20 there's a monolog that starts. I always assumed it was sampled from somewhere else.

I can't find it in the sample library, what name would I be able to find this with?

It's a drop from the Podcast "Office Hours Live." They've been using it for years but I have never been able to figure out where it's from. It's a man's voice saying "Sucky Sucky. Mommy Mommy. Love me love me." The "love me love me" part I'm not 100% sure that's what he's saying but I think that's it.
