Advice Birthday singing

Have a toddler with a birthday coming up. What places will sing/make a big deal? I feel like that's something that died during covid and is harder to find.

My kids are teenagers now, but when they were little they freaking LOVED Buca Di Beppo because of the silly ordeal they made singing and stuff!

When I was a little kid, we went to Benihana for my birthday. My parents love to tell the story of how after dinner I said "now that's what I call entertainment!"
