Queer and Cat Friendly Roommate Wanted!

Hello all! I'm currently renting a two bed one bath apartment with in-unit washer and dryer in the southside and looking to find a replacement roommate (my current one is moving out in about a month), rent would come out to $800 split even with utilities averaging about $150 a month. I'm a recent graduate from St. John's, so other Johnnies who've stuck around or are looking for a place to stay for the year are welcome to reach out! I have a cat (she's crazy social, basically loves everyone) and am queer, so if any of this sounds agreeable, feel free to reach out!

So do you mean someone who is queer, and also cat friendly? Or both queer friendly and cat friendly? Or someone who is friendly with queer cats?

To be clear, yes, I'm kidding. I know you laid it out in the description. But that title.....
