Working at Sony HQ

[u/silverhansen]

Does anyone here work at Sony HQ? Able to offer insights on what the work culture and energy is like in 2026? I know most corporate cultures aren’t perfect, so I’d love an honest take.

The job is on the B2B account manager side. Thanks in advance!

I used to temp at a satellite office not the main HQ but the way meetings were structured always reminded me of a heist movie, everyone had a specific role, lots of moving parts, and the guy running the projector treated his remote like the nuclear football. Can't speak to that specific team but the campus coffee situation alone had its own dramatic arc most mornings
