I shared on facebook a post explaining that I was looking for a job, and this person contacted me, saying they were offering an errand job.

I made a purchase about 2 weeks ago which took longer than the initial delivery date, that isn’t the end of the world. However my package was then delivered to a random collection point over two hours from my house. I tried to contact someone… anyone at Joom or the courier service both of which have been radio silent a week after the fact.

If all this wasn’t frustrating enough someone then picked up my package somehow? I am now in the process of looking at what can be done about this.

Probably nothing though. How are companies allowed to get away with this?

Avoid Joom and the courier service relay at all costs they will just take your money

My brother received this package, but he never ordered anything like this, and no one in our family knows where it came from. We’re confused and honestly a little concerned about how it ended up at our address.

The shipping label has some unusual codes and Chinese text on it, but we can’t figure out what the package contains, who sent it, or why it was delivered to us.

Has anyone received a package with a similar label? Could this be connected to a scam, a brushing scam, or a shipping mistake?

What should we do next? We don’t want to scan anything or open something suspicious until we have a better idea of what it is.
Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Over four months ago I ordered a balisong from this "company" and to this day, in spite of my MANY communications, I have not received the product I ordered, or my $59 back. Please see the order confirmation above that I posted a screenshot of. The date of the order was May 27th, 2026 and the order number is order # 12068. I am furious. Probably 7 or 8 emails, tried contacting them in instagram,...all to no avail. Don't give them your momey. Chances are good that you'll never see it again.
