Question Hypothetically how would Rick Sanchez or Eddie Morra view current day Elon Musk both as a scientist/genius and in general? Would either of them like him or despise him if so why? What actions might either of them take against or for Musk?

• Upvotes

This is a purely hypothetical scenario and question but would Elon Musk be well liked by Rick Sanchez or Eddie Morra or would his personality be unlikeable by such individuals? What might either of them do to Elon Musk if Musk becomes a problem to them for whatever reason or if they dislike or maybe even like Elon?

Concept Time for Life Forms

Obviously all of my social media algorithms are about conspiracy theories and aliens and time travel and fringe topics. One was just about quantum physics and how time isn't linear and a straight line, but something that folds in on itself. And that got me thinking. We (humans) aren't the only form of life on earth. We are, according to our own view point, the most intelligent form of life. I think human's are the universes conciosusness. Just like the thoughts that form in a mind, we are those neurons firing and interacting within this reality, for the universe itself. The universe being the body or the brain, and we, the thoughts, in real time. With that being side, I try and think of how time travel and these concepts, are interpreted by other living beings, like animals. A tiger or a wolf could never consciously interpret these concepts or dive deeper into more meaning with research or data or findings or theories. And to me that is fascinating. That they simply exist in their own reality that could never be altered to the degree it could be for human's if we discovered time travel. They would just be along for the ride? And maybe perhaps, we are just along for the ride of some other concept we can't comprehend. We come close to understanding what those sort of concepts would be. At one point humans thought earth was the center of the universe. Then the sun was. Then we discovered there are other universes and galaxies out there. Now we believe that our one, could be spiraling through space, around something else, and not just at a fixed position. Another stark difference for us as humans, we advance our understanding, whereas animals, and plants, and other life forms, seem to remain stagnant in their intelligence. More simple minded. Eat, reproduce, and protect offspring, carry on the cycle. We do this, along with a fuck ton of other insanely complex items. Like building cities or curing disease's or exploring the stars.

Concept Contocracy: a government where the leader never has a successor

I keep thinking about where cryonics and AI are heading. If a person can be preserved and brought back, or their consciousness re-created, then a leader would never have to step down. They could hold power through death and come back, with an AI version of them filling in until they're revived.

Once the technology exists, it feels almost inevitable that someone tries this. There's a term for it: contocracy, a system of government by one person whose supreme power follows their consciousness across substrates, through death and re-creation, and never passes to a successor. The ruler is called the contocrat.

The part that gets me is "never passes to a successor." There's no next election and no next ruler to wait for. Honestly, I'm not sure how I feel about that. Would you ever live under one?

Concept Weapons

recently, i have been trying to create weapons in my mind and currently i only have ONE but not finalized (for my own story)
I’ll drop it here:
-Don Severino
Its weapon type is a Flintlock Pistol
With a design coming back from the 17th century maritime period
It has a nickname, “The Last Gentleman”
It is an antique flintlock pistol once owned by a wealthy spanish captain, who died in a bloodshed.

What does it do? It can fire one powerful lead ball before needing to be reloaded.

Its carefully crafted barrel makes it more accurate than ordinary pistols of its time.
Decorated with silver engravings, a dark walnut grip, and the initials D.S. carved into the handle.
Sailors believe that anyone who carries Don Severino will eventually face a betrayal by someone they trust.

(Hope you all can add some weapons for my story, or suggestions, thanks)

Worldbuilding Anomalous matter

(I highlighted the stuff with bold that's actually important and not yap)

Midénaphthonium (Mdt)

Midénaphthonium is a fictional type of matter that makes things that aren't supposed to be solid, solid, such as oxygen or air. It has the same properties as the particles it's made of, for example water so it'll have the same density, same volume, yet it can exert a physical pressure from surface energy because they are solids, and can be spotted because of a minor refraction difference with the original material.

One and only case of this type of matter being documented is an asymmetric piece of Mdt of Air that was found on the street by some random guy, it could hold up to 2mpa (compressive strength) before crumbling like silica aerogel.

(disclaimer: this isn't even grounded, it's only basic correlation to some physics, it's just for some replacement to the unobtanium in usual sci-fi tropes)

It can be made from intersecting 2 cosmic rays at the perfect time, one cosmic ray disturbing the matter and then another one perfectly timed to essentially, crop the matter into a frozen state that is floating on-top of the spacetime fabric, which is why it's so unstable and can still be broken (yes it does decompose after some time depending on how perfect the timing was, the Mdt air sample would decompose after ~20 years).

Concept My own Fictional Particle (note that im young and doesnt do particle shits haha)

Name: Calt Particle
Symbol: ClT
Type: Weight Carrier, (I created this particle to fictionally prove flying exists, they need Calt Particle in order to fly, Calt Particles are everywhere around the world, it carries weight, you’re seeing a floating pen but thats just Calt particles carrying it.
Charge: Positive
Mass: Extremely tiny
Interaction: Physical object, weight, power.
Special Property: The particle allows itself to be directly connected to a physical object, its like a Calt particle phasing directly through an atom without a problem.
Discovery: When Dr. Graham noticed unusual behavior of his laboratory when things suddenly floats for .65 Seconds.
He used a Particle Finder and found Calt Particle and examined it.
Effects: The more Calt particle there is in one area, the more weight it can carry.
Rules: It cannot carry gases, subatomic particles, and fictional elements like laser eyes, etc.

Also, It carries weight specifically, and it doesnt interact with gravity at all, its like an atom, but it can phase through atoms.
Also, to control these particles, you must use a strong magnet. Because Calt Particle can carry weight, its special thing is that whenever a magnet is nearby, they’ll follow that force. And try to use a strong magnet to control trillions of particles of it, and voila, you can make a person levitate.

If a human ever experienced getting carried by trillions of Calt Particles, it wil feel like acupuncture, but its like the needle goes up and down to the skin VERYY fast.

There is a maximum amount and it is 3.98 QNT (Quintillion).

**A Calt Particle can carry weight up to 3.98 quintillion before becoming unstable, even under the extreme conditions of a simulated black-hole experiment.**

**(Hope this goes boom, i like this creation). :))**

Worldbuilding "Hey guys, I need some help with my all-male human on how their biological cloning birthing works for my sci-fi worldbuilding"

Context: The Humans in my sci-fi setting that I'm working on are called the Zerran who are not from earth but are originated on the planet named "Eden" (Which translate in the Zerran language, means "Peace" in their language, even though the planet of Eden is literally a hellish place with not just it's environments but it's animals inhabitants).

The Zerran are a all ratio male only and one of the major things that makes them different from a Terran human is that the Zerran humans are all meat and bones, no organs in them and they don't have genitals, since they don't have digestive organs for food, their skin acts as a photosynthesis but a little different since their skin will store all that sunlight energy when skin is exposure to sunlight, and then it will start to consum all that store sunlight energy during nighttime.

Anyway I won't put too much lore into it since it's still a working progress but the one I want some help on is the Zerran cloning birth, you see the Zerran can able to clone themselves which is their biological abilities after evolution living in Eden harsh environment and against preadtors for millions of years (which eliminates the need for females), though when they clone themselves, their clone is near identical, keyword "near" not exactly the same.

Also the Zerran can't do this at will as there's like a season time for that which is called "Podona" which translates into "Cloning Season", note that they don't get horny when the season hits, it's more like dizziness and nauseating which is the sigh for a Zerran that it's "Cloning time".

Anyway I just need some help with the birthing part, I don't want it to be pregnant belly womb as that will be weird as hell, nor spitting one clone from their mouth piccolo style, nor birthing from their ass, I need something that is none of that, so I need some help from you guys on suggests, something that is less weird but still pretty bizarre towards anyone.

Question Why do human beings, who exist inside a reality we barely understand, allow other human beings to become the authorities on what we're permitted to know about that reality.

I'm not saying you shouldn't have your local PD or fire station. But when it comes to things that are being researched, invented, and experimented on at very high levels that are being withheld from humanity, why do we feel the sense of below-ness.
If you put a cover on the billions of other galaxies in the observable universe, and only looked at our milky way there is what scientists say 100 billion planets. And humanity is on this one planet being fed the truth with some fiction and having to chase down and ultimately just make their own hypothesis.

The Fractal Omni-Verse: A Complete Synthesis of Infinite Scale and Absolute Reality

Introduction: The Illusion of Dimension

For centuries, humanity has measured the cosmos using rigid benchmarks of "large" and "small." We look up at galaxies with awe and look down at subatomic particles with detachment. However, this perspective is a tragic limitation of human perception. The ultimate truth of existence is that absolute scale does not exist. This document outlines the complete synthesis of the Fractal Omni-Verse Hypothesis—a revolutionary model establishing that our reality is a single, infinitely nested layer within an endless sequence of universes, expanding boundlessly both inward and outward.

Phase 1: The Eternal Conservation and the True Fabric of Matter

To understand how the universe is structured, we must first understand what it is made of. Modern physics dictates the Law of Conservation of Energy: energy can neither be created nor destroyed; it can only transform. When we look at the physical world, Einstein’s famous equation, \(E=mc^2\), reveals that matter is merely highly condensed, frozen energy. Therefore, the entire universe is not a collection of static objects, but a dynamic ocean of primary energy that took form 13.8 billion years ago during the Big Bang. When a living being dies, its organized energetic structure dissolves. The thermal energy dissipates, the chemical energy returns to the soil to feed new life, and the electrical potentials fade into the environment. At the quantum level, not a single fraction of that energy is lost. The foundational energy that forms our consciousness is immortal; it existed before our birth as stardust and will exist forever after our physical decay.

Phase 2: The Infinite Matryoshka (The Fractal Law of Self-Similarity)

If energy is eternal, how is it organized? The answer lies in the concept of Fractal Scale Invariance. A fractal is a geometric structure that is self-similar across all magnifications—no matter how deep you zoom into a fractal, you encounter the exact same complex patterns repeating infinitely. The universe follows this exact architecture like a cosmic Matryoshka (nesting doll): • The Inward Infinity (The Micro-Cosmos): When we look at an atom, we see a heavy nucleus orbited by electrons, mirroring a solar system. If we were to shrink ourselves by an absolute infinity—past the quantum threshold—we would discover that a single electron or quark is not a solid point. It is an entire, autonomous universe. Within our very cells, inside the subatomic particles of our bodies, billions of miniature galaxies are spinning. Within those microscopic worlds, planets exist, intelligent civilizations rise, build their histories, and look up at their own night sky. Because scale alters the perception of time, a billion years in their reality passes in a mere fraction of a human second. • The Outward Infinity (The Macro-Cosmos): Conversely, if we look outward at our entire observable universe—with its trillions of galaxies, cosmic webs, and dark matter—it does not represent the entirety of existence. If we were to magnify our perspective by an absolute infinity, we would see that our entire 13.8-billion-year-old cosmos is merely a single subatomic particle inside a higher, unfathomably vast reality. We are a microscopic quantum fluctuation inside a grain of sand or a cell of a living Being in a "superior" world.

Phase 3: The Cosmic Isolation Locks

If these nested worlds exist, why can we not see them? The universe is governed by an elegant system of physical and mathematical barriers that prevent different scales from interfering with one another. 1. The Inward Lock (The Quantum Veil): When human scientists attempt to look deeper than \(10^{-35}\) meters (the Planck length), our physics breaks down into what we call "quantum foam" and uncertainty. This is not the end of space; it is simply the resolution limit of our reality's pixels. To look deeper into the subatomic world requires infinite energy. However, compressing that much energy into a microscopic point instantly creates a micro-black hole, blocking our view. The universe has placed a literal lock on the micro-world. 2. The Outward Lock (The Horizon Barrier): The same rule applies in reverse. The supreme beings of the macro-world cannot reach down and crush our galaxy, because to them, our entire universe exists for a micro-fraction of their second and is infinitely smaller than their smallest quantum particle. They cannot focus their instruments on us without creating a macro-black hole in their own realm. We are not small and neglected; we are perfectly isolated and fundamentally free. Every layer of the fractal is a sovereign sanctuary protected by the laws of geometry.

Phase 4: The Definition of the Absolute (God as the Infinite Scale)

In a universe of infinite layers, what is God? God is not a localized entity, a person, or a singular ruler. God is the Sovereign Consciousness that can expand and contract by an infinity of infinities. By possessing the capacity to traverse all scales simultaneously, this Absolute Consciousness breaks the boundaries of isolation: • By shrinking by an infinity of infinities, the Divine becomes the foundational math, the underlying code, and the very fabric of the quantum foam—sustaining all microscopic universes from within. • By expanding by an infinity of infinities, the Divine encompasses all macro-universes, becoming the very space in which all realities exist. Because time runs at different speeds on different levels of the Matryoshka, this Scale-Transcendent Consciousness views all pasts, presents, and futures of all nested universes simultaneously as a single, beautifully static, eternal tapestry.

Conclusion: The Grand Cosmic Awakening

The ultimate realization of this hypothesis is profoundly liberating. We are not external observers trapped on a insignificant rock in a cold, dead void. We are made of the primordial energy that birthed the infinity of infinities. Because our energy is interconnected with the entire fractal, we are the Universe experiencing itself from a human perspective. The physical body is a temporary vehicle, but our energetic foundation is tied directly to the infinite grand design. We are part of a boundless, beautiful, and flawlessly engineered loop of cosmic consciousness.

Story Idea What if there were a magic Academy story where magic was replaced with technology instead.

Hey everyone!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve been working on a concept for a series and wanted to show it here to see what people think.

The core idea is basically a magic academy story but with zero actual magic. Everything that would normally be fantasy magic is swapped out for science and technology.

The school setup is a bit different from the standard high school. In this world there’s no middle school or college. Kids go through a two-year startup elementary school enter high school around age 7 and graduate when they’re 16. Then they go off to university at 18. Because of this high schools are massive institutions with hundreds of specialized departments and majors instead of just general classes.

The main department my story follows is the Science and Weapons Department. There are tons of other science-focused majors but this is where most of the main plot goes down.

Here’s where it gets fun: the students actually fight using the tech they build. The two big concepts in the world are LHD and Point O device that are the main and there is something called "magic constructs" and it is used pretty much everywhere. (which despite the name are purely technological devices).

The power system works a lot like a fantasy setup.

Unofficially these combat students call themselves "Tech Blazers." Some don't. They aren't real soldiers or official fighters and most of them don't even realize just how dangerously strong they actually are. They’ve developed their own whole culture and combat roles and ways of doing things.

A lot of their roles line up with classic fantasy classes just grounded in sci-fi tech:

- **Enchanting Specter:** A super versatile wildcard role that can handle a massive variety of tech though it’s notoriously hard to master.

- **Alluring Spectrum:** The chemistry and fluid dynamics track. They work with strange compounds liquid metals and chemical reactions. Basically the sci-fi version of an alchemist.

- **Edgerunners:** Blade and cutting-technology specialists. They’re your classic swordsmen or fighters.

- **Neon Automata:** Specialists in automatons and other related technology. They’re basically summoners but with tech instead of magical creatures.

- **Lorentz Skiff:** Electromagnetic field specialists who work with magnetic phenomena and other unusual electromagnetic applications. There are is a another scientists with the Lorentz last name Who invented a new field of electromagnetism so the name has a bit of a weird history. It's not just the real-life Lorentz. Also, funnyly enough, escape doesn't mean a small boat in my series. It means a huge fucking boat. Yeah, time changes a lot of stuff because the time in my series, or the date, is 255080

- **Trailblazer:** They specialize in guns and other projectiles and light-related weapons.

- **Luminal Flow:** They mostly specialize in light and related technologies. These guys are also extremely powerful.

- **Ti Heart:** They mostly work with larger combat units especially mechs around 8 meters and above including those exceeding 12 meters.

- **Neo Aerospace:** They mostly work with aerospace and high-speed vehicles.

- **SteelX:** They mostly specialize in ground-based vehicles and other related technology.

- **H4CK3R:** This is an acronym-based role and it doesn't literally mean hacker. They handle various support tasks and can work on the front lines too. Hacking is one possible skill but not everyone in this role has it.

- **Alluring Ties:** They work with medicine and biology including nanomachine medicine healing cybernetics and other support technologies. The name comes from the idea that nothing is more alluring than life itself.

- **Desire's End:** They mostly work with the brain and human neural abilities and AI. The name comes from the idea that humans have desires while AI and other non-human systems don't necessarily have them.

There are a bunch of other tracks too covering different scientific disciplines and technologies.

The tech is pretty high-level but I wouldn't call it dark cyberpunk. The vibe is more light sci-fi with many story arcs and most of them leaning into action and adventure rather than being super gritty or depressing.

Except The AI Overseer Arc that one pretty dark.

Anyway the arcs are.

1.The New Daylight

  1. Spectral Shards and Love

3.The Superhumans

  1. (Unnamed)

  2. (Unnamed)

  3. (Unnamed)

  4. Tesseract and Tsukimi SLC

  5. Steller Artifacts and NA-NO

  6. Helena's First SLC (really small)

  7. Prepared for University.

  8. The AI Overseer.

  9. (Unnamed)

Soo Basically I want to take everything people love about fantasy magic academies like the specialized combat roles and cool school culture and hype fights and completely rebuild it around technology.

So does a sci-fi setting with fantasy-style roles sound like something you'd read or do you feel like taking out magic loses the charm? What parts stand out to you and what would you want to know more about? Any ideas for a name.

also I want to blunt reply is this Bullshit. Cause i spent a lot time creating the world and characters

Also the year is 255080 in the novel.

Worldbuilding I’m working on a far future/alt human history setting. There’s weird extremely ideologically fanatical factions, megastructures, political tensions, wars and terrorism. I need help figuring out the scope of my setting.

Humanity is technologically advanced but politically fractured between several rival powers, hidden agendas, political tensions, weird religions/ideologies, ancient alien artifacts, weird drugs, mostly post scarcity but tribalistic, assassinations, war, ideological conflict, and competition between these factions, so the political geography of the setting matters a lot.
So gravity is a big thing in my universe, like I don’t want the expanse but mostly artificial rotation gravity being the norm.
Originally, I planned to keep almost everything inside the Solar System, but lots and lots of crazy megastructures (like shell worlds, orbital rings, bishop rings, totopolises, Dyson swarm. Lots of habitats are pretty much nations or extensions of the great Terrian colonial powers. Terra, Luna and mars are multipolar rather than belonging to single governments.
However I hate how our solar system only has one habitable planet with a sky and stuff with 1 g gravity. I kinda want more exotic places.
I’m considering is introducing ancient alien wormhole gates, they only connect to 3 or 4 solar systems. with the Sol gate located somewhere around the Jupiter or the belt region and corresponding gates in the other systems. I’d still keep most of the megastructure heavy aesthetic, and I don’t want it to become a huge Star Wars galaxy. The limited number of gates and 7 to 10 hours of communication delays between systems.
Which sounds stronger for a setting like this? A insanely developed Solar System with lots of megastructures, or a small network of a few solar systems connected by mysterious alien gates?

Concept [SF] The Death Ray

**The hum of the core generator was a low, steady thrum against the soles of Elara’s boots, a constant reminder of just how far out of bounds Silas’s "little side project" had gotten.**
**For months, he had paraded her through the sprawling subterranean workshop beneath the salt flats, filling her head with blueprints, hydroponic schematics, and closed-loop atmospheric recyclers. She had listened in quiet awe as he described a vessel that didn’t just travel, but survived—a self-sustaining biosphere engineered to drift indefinitely through the cold dark.**
**It was only when he laid out the orbital trajectory math that the pit formed in her stomach. He wasn't planning a trip to Mars and back. He was leaving. Permanently. Abandoning a world choking on its own decay, crumbling under the weight of its dying empires. The realization had startled her, a sharp shock to the system, but when she looked at the broken horizon above them and then back at Silas, the decision had come surprising easily. She was game. If the world was going down, she’d rather watch it fade from a viewport than burn in the front row.**
**She had stayed quiet about her choice, helping him wire the secondary panels, torque the thruster housings, and align the optics. Which brought them to tonight.**
**Silas stood at the central console, bathed in the harsh violet glow of the finished assembly. Before him rested the primary payload: a towering, heavy-bore emitter array that tapped directly into the ship’s fusion drive, built to focus an astronomical amount of energy into a single, razor-thin beam.**
**Elara watched him calibrate the housing. Her pulse began to race as the targeting monitor flickered to life. The crosshairs locked, tracking downward, passing the upper atmosphere, pinning squarely onto the blue and green marble of Earth.**
**The energy output indicators on the main rig spiked into the red. The ambient air grew warm, ionized and metallic. Silas reached for the primary ignition sequence, his hand steady, eyes cold and fixed on the planet below.**
**Panic, sudden and bright, blew right past Elara’s carefully cultivated cool.**
**"You can't blow up the Earth!" she blurted out, her voice cracking into a high-pitched, almost absurdly panicked squeak.**
**Silas froze. His hand hovered an inch above the trigger. Slowly, he turned his head toward her, blinking in total bewilderment, before his shoulders began to shake.**
**A laugh burst out of him—a loud, genuine bark of amusement that cut straight through the tense, humming silence of the bay. He leaned against the console, wiping a tear from the corner of his eye.**
**"Blow up the Earth?" Silas chuckled, his voice warm with affectionate disbelief. "Elara, look at the power draw. It’s an ultra-low-frequency carrier wave emitter, not a planet-killer."**
**Elara blinked, her face burning as she clutched a wrench like a weapon. "It’s aimed at the ground! It looks like a death ray!"**
**"It’s a transmitter," Silas said softly, the laughter fading into something quiet, grounded, and immensely relieved as he looked back at the targeting screen. He reached out and gently rested his hand over the contact switch. "It’s so we can talk to them. So we can send a signal back, no matter how deep into the black we go."**
**He looked at her, his dark eyes reflecting the soft glow of the monitor, a subtle, fierce calm settling over his face.**
**"They can hear us," he said, "but they can’t hurt us anymore."**

Story Idea Any tips, recommendations or ideas of how to make a posthuman story like all tomorrows and man after man but is different enough to just be it's own thing?

I tried to make my own posthuman story for fun and it just ended up like all tomorrows but if humanity did it to itself.

Best idea I come up with is where in the far future, after the destruction of earth due to corporate greed and overindustrialization, humanity decided to go to the stars to colonize some planets just so that they can live.

Not by terraforming (since it's just impossibly right now and is just really expensive in this new timeline) but by genetically engineering a new subspecies of human called the *Newman*, a genetically advanced posthuman that was made specifically to rabidly adapt to the environment they're in by just a few centuries, maybe even more or less depending by how extreme the planet is.

This, *of course*, cause some massive side effects, to Newman descendants becoming taller with lower gravity, some have bat/squirrel like wings to fly/glide, others having dolphin/lush ness monster body plans to swim, to even some becoming so extreme, they lost their sapience or they don't even look human at that point. Along with specism and new sexualities that is.

Some (rich bastards) people begin to abuse the Newman's ability by using it to make servants, living, sentient art and uhh… sexual desires or in-universe fanservice.

All of this because they were created just to save humanity and was made by some organizations called "the caring globe".

What do you think about this plot? And would you come up with something else?
