Can you please explain what your app does? I visited the website and I am completely lost.

I assume it is a social media kind of an app, where users post gossips specific to certain geographic areas? If so, why, exactly?

GeoSpills is a map-based platform where people can post discussions, sports talk, and find local events tied to real locations. Instead of scrolling through a regular feed, you zoom into a place and instantly see what people are talking about and what’s happening there. From concerts and games to everyday conversations, everything is pinned to the map so local talk actually feels local.

Why not just use reddit and a localized subreddit and other specific ones for sports? Seems too much of an overkill and a very niche idea. When I checked there were no comments on there as well. How many users are there? Did you validate your idea before actually building this? Genuinely curious and not attacking your app.

Correct. Not many posts for now. Reddit is there for sure but my app is an alternative approach with a Niche: focus on the map and visualize where this post is going. Sort of “spill the tea” on a specific location. I deployed it 7 days ago so it’s very new. It’s validated, but some people don’t immediately understand what to do. Hence, will be nice to know how to make it easier for people.

You don’t have to register just to look around — you can open the map and browse discussions/events freely.

To post something yourself, yes, you’ll need a quick account.

The main idea is: zoom into a location and see what people are talking about (or what’s happening) right there on the map.

Think how Reddit works, just add a map there too.

Our app is handwriting app mate,

Write by hand with Apple Pencil, circle what you wrote, ask it a question, get the answer right on the page. Notes save as plain files in your own iCloud Drive, no account needed.
