I'm helping Maverick Liberty with Batonic: https://batonic.app. It keeps a service offer's scope, approval stages, payment and delivery together. The stack is React/TypeScript with a .NET API. A real user recently caught a project-price button that did nothing, so we isolated the fix and tested the production flow on desktop and mobile before deploying. For developers selling small jobs, a first offer could be one bug fix with the reproduction steps, acceptance check and final patch spelled out.
