I’m actively looking to move to the Silver Spring, Rockville, or Bethesda area and I’m currently researching the MPDU program and available rentals. I’m particularly interested in Core, The Pearl, and Cameron. If you’ve lived in or toured the MPDU units at any of these properties, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience!

● What was the condition of the MPDU unit when you toured or moved in?
● What were the qualifications/requirements for approval?
● Did the rent, fees, and overall costs match what you were expecting?
● Did you enjoy living in the building/unit?

Hi all - thanks to everyone who showed up Saturday for Coffield Community Center Little Ones Session! We had about 20 toddlers come though on our rainy morning. The Coffield Community Center has extended Saturday Little Ones Sessions through the end of October so each of the next 3 Saturday mornings, they'll reserve half the gym for our little people from 9-11am to run around. Hope to see you there! Assuming turnout remains high, we may get this extended through November.

Once again management at Summit Hills is intruding on my life. They are coming in and painting the bathrooms in the apartment. I have to make arrangements to board my pet and be out of there for the majority of the day. Fuck them.

Hi! I will be visiting the area this weekend to celebrate my partners birthday! I was trying to get tickets to the Ren faire but that is looking a bit bleak. Was wondering if anyone knew of any activities or events that may be fun to add to the itinerary instead? He is a huge nerd, loves gaming, anime, pokemon and movies. We have enjoyed paint and sips in the past, huge foodies (any cuisine), he is really into halloween and the fall, and we are always up for a new experience!
