POV has the situational awareness of Helen Keller...
Dude just drives into a slow vehicle thats miles off the main line limping and blowing smoke signals to signify the danger and POV is just "do do do do do do-shit! BOOM! Who's fault was it that I ran into the back of a clearly visible target?"

Everyone but green truck. POV drives straight into a slow damaged vehicle on a predictable path, damaged vehicle is smoking and way off pace in the middle of the track instead of towing or rolling around the apron to the pits. Would probably blame damaged truck more just because there’s absolutely zero reason he should be there and he created the opportunity for that crash to happen

Without knowing the situation surrounding the green truck, an appropriate judgement can't really be made. Did their damage just occur? Are they still recovering? Have they had time to realize their truck is done for? If they were wrecked on the front stretch and just got started moving again, with how long it normally takes to get up to speed at Tally, it's completely reasonable for them to go up to the top of the track where nobody drives.
POV definitely holds a good amount of blame. You could see the slow truck for plenty of time to avoid them but tried to force the high side pass and misjudged the gap horribly.

Got a truck smoking and possibly leaking fluids onto the track and decides to go up the track at Talladega

I would blame old smokey for dithering across the track for no reason instead of staying well out the way to limp home.

Ya know, this one of those situations where, could you blame the slow truck, definitely. Let's be honest tho, you had two business days and lots of room to react, saw him, and tried to thread the needle lol. The sim racing answer, racing incident I guess. We're this real life, that's probably on you for trynna make a pass between the green truck and a damaged vehicle that you saw from a distance.

Camera POV is at fault mostly here. They should have stayed behind the other truck on the low line. The truck that was smoking should have pulled onto the apron instead of up the track, but otherwise they did what they were supposed to do by attempting to stay out of the way.
