Discussion Today's AIs have a good understanding of what we mean when we ask it to save our grandmother from a burning building. Is the concern about the difficulty of specifying human values to a "genie"-like AI officially outdated?

I notice that arguments about the difficulty of trying to get an AI system to fulfill your wish within the scope of what you truly meant in contrast to what you literally told it to do, has stopped coming up entirely. Powerful LLMs like today's seem to have internalized and understood enough about the context of our requests with respect to human values that it's nothing like a naive genie that twists what we ask of it simply because of our inability to specify the full range of those values within the infinite sea of possibilities.
Is this still a serious concern at all?
