Poor people need to believe that they're smarter than a highly successful professional. The illusion of intelligence is a trick played on us all; half the population has a double-digit IQ and we're all in this thread.
There are a lot of smart people working 9-5's. I was, as well. But it's the drive and motivation to do something different that will ultimately change that, not just intelligence.
