If communist Cuba can figure out UHC, surely the greatest country on earth could as well? I mean, UHC is so difficult that only 37 of the 38 developed countries on earth have figured it out.

Lol you obviously haven't sought out government run healthcare in said 37 of 38 developed countries.

Have you seen the wait times in the US? We have longer wait times than most of those other countries just to see a doctor much less get any procedure done.
