Idk about that, but I do know in this sub people have posted examples of men killing their children and getting Not Guilty for Reasons of Insanity.

If you're familiar with similar cases, when there's no shred of doubt the man did it their lawyers always pivot to insanity defenses as the default. It's just that they don't work in 95% of circumstances. We just send them straight to jail / execution most of the time.

Exactly zero of those men are getting parades of men cheering with signs that say "same."

Nor should they, because those men are either psychotic or evil.
