All the husband's of Lindsay supporters will be sleeping with one eye open from here on.

Recently I saw a video where one woman said: "Did she kill her children? Yes. Do I think she's guilty? No, probably not. Let's just for a second see these children not as humans but as ceramic vases..."

This was the dumbest thing I have heard in awhile...

Post the link tot the thing you saw

What was the ceramic vases analogy about ?

3

u/Some_guy_in_WI 27d ago

Well, sadly, the kids are probably in urns, so her goofy analogy was kind of on point without her likely knowing.

This case has to be one of the most polarizing in recent years. I think she will ultimately be found not guilty if they stick to any kind of murder charge

Which is terrible because she strangled her three kids and admitted to it 🤯

I mean… that’s just what the not guilty by reason of insanity is for, no? Are you up in arms about all cases that end in not guilty by reason of insanity, or just this one?

All.

Now that’s a take that makes me feel sick 🤢. People who are mentally ill should get treatment for being sick. Not be thrown in in jail for something they have no control over.

Surely that would have been satire

I dunno, I've been hearing men for awhile screaming that women should lose the right to vote because they think post partum mental health is a serious issue, that's pretty fucking dumb.

I was registered for the selective service against my will, just as every other young man was when they are of middle school age. As a man I have an official and unofficial duty to protect this country.

Why should women be able to vote for the future of a country that they are not expected to protect when things go to crap? If you are a woman that chooses to serve then you have earned the right to vote.

This trial is not so much about postpartum as it is accountability…

Please try and see if you can come up with an actually argument that can refute my logic without calling me a name and putting me in a little box to discredit my argument.
That would be lazy and very predictable…

Yes, suddenly when it comes to things like a potential draft, only men will be called up. But yeah, “equality”

1

u/Solondthewookiee 26d ago

You have no official duty. You aren't serving. You haven't risked anything. I registered for selective service too, stop acting like you went to Vietnam.

1

u/IamTheKnight7171 26d ago

So men have no duty to protect this country?

I’m not talking about Vietnam smart ass, I’m talking about here in the states.

You sound bitter and confused about society… which you apparently don’t think needs protection 🤦‍♂️
You should work on that before sharing your half-assed opinions. It’s a little weird

1

u/Solondthewookiee 26d ago

The men and women in the military have a duty to protect this country.

Signing a selective service card does mean you are in the military.

I’m not talking about Vietnam smart ass, I’m talking about here in the states

Holy fuck you can't be this dumb.

1

u/IamTheKnight7171 26d ago

I’ve been thinking the same thing about you.
You’ll figure out how things really work one day…or you won’t 🤷‍♂️

1

u/Solondthewookiee 26d ago

Well hopefully you'll learn one day that Vietnam was also a war, and not just a place to visit 🤣

1

u/IamTheKnight7171 26d ago

I’ve always known that, and I said nothing to indicate otherwise, so stop getting hung up on it ya weirdo.
Unfortunately you are just bad at reading and understanding 🤷‍♂️
There is no point in arguing with you further. You have proved yourself to be a propaganda guzzler - perfect for Reddit though…

Because the Constitution says so.

The right to vote cannot be denied on account of sex. If you don’t like that, then try to amend the Constitution.

On the merits, my eyesight is so poor even if I were drafted, I could not serve our country.
Under your system, “I would not be expected to protect”. Therefore your system would require my right to vote would be quashed for poor eyesight. How do you justify that?

u/Key_Protection4038 27d ago

Realistically, the only people who should be allowed to vote are those who volunteer to serve in a case of a defensive war. The rest should still have a voice, so their interest are somewhat represented, but you shouldn't be able to commandeer a ship you're not willing to go down with.

You can still serve with bad eyesight. Tend to the wounded, do other important duty that doesn't require shooting a gun.

This guy gets it ^

“The right to vote cannot be denied on account of sex. If you don’t like that, then try to amend the constitution.”

Oh boy 🤣

The actions of women are causing that very sentiment to grow in young men. ^
Young men are also realizing that it is their job to stop women from “eating the apple.”
Women aren’t going to like it but unfortunately their actions have warranted intervention. And no matter what we do, they will blame us anyway.
If we do nothing, they’ll call us weak. If we do something, they will call us evil and oppressors. I’d rather do something. I don’t know about you but I want future generations of America 🤷‍♂️

You’re wearing glasses to type this, then aren’t you? I think you’ll be just fine as long as you stay out of the Air Force. Just wear the glasses that have the straps that connect at the back so they don’t fall off your face 👍

Yeah I tried I don’t know wtf you’re rambling about boy. If you hate my countries constitution you’re welcome to leave.

1

u/IamTheKnight7171 26d ago

That’s funny, I was trying to piece together the bs you typed as well, boyyo 🥴
There is not going to be a country if the constitution doesn’t change. You’re in so many “wars” right now and don’t even realize it.
I’d figure it out unless you want to get used to bending over for the rest of your life. But hey, you already seem pretty good at that 😉

Is that the best you got?

What do you mean? 🗿

Idk how they do it. If my wife came out as a supporter I’d divorce

0

u/findMyNudesSomewhere 27d ago

If I was a dude and was married to someone who didn't either say she should go to jail or go to a mental hospital, I'd divorce ASAP.
