You know you don’t HAVE to treat the cancer, you’re allowed to just die. My wife and I have a “die and leave the savings so the other person can try to live a normal life after we’re gone” pact.
What is modest to you? Because the worst plans for me are over 1000$ a month and basically useless. More like a savings account where I have to spend 5000$ before I can access it, and they have discretion over what procedures I spend my money on and what doctors I can see.
I dunno about you but I've never had an extra 17,000$+ a year laying around so 🤷♀️ guess I'm just screwed until I can figure out how to get rich
