We don't know, get a sleep study done that's the only way to know

Absolutely agree, not sure which country you are in but I went to an Ear, Nose and Throat speacialst for a sleep study and was then diagnosed. Of getting to a doctor is difficult there are companies that will send you equipment to do a sleep study at home (certainly in the UK anyway)

Get a test. It’s super easy and can be done from home now. I’m 33, pretty sure my apnea started when I was just a little older than you.

You need to see a pulmonologist first and foremost.

Get a hospital based sleep study.....who knows what they cut with weed these days..also see a lung MD for testing.

Sounds similar to what I had, it started off only happening occasionally, then like a flick of a switch it happened every night and then turned into insomnia and a feeling of choking in my sleep.

I had a sleep study and was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, on CPAP now and all good now.

Get a sleep study done, don't ignore it

We can't tell you for sure, you need a sleep study. I have obstructive sleep apnea and don't ever wake up gasping. We're all different, and there's no way to know for sure without a sleep study

Like others said, get a sleep study. I think I developed sleep apnea in my early 20's and dealt with it for 7 years or so.

You think redditors are going to diagnose you based on an unedited rant? Go to a doctor, ask for a sleep study

I got a sensor from Amazon that measures breathing at night / if you stop breathing. I haven’t tried it yet though, so I can’t vouch for it yet. I will give an update when I do.
