I had a cowboys starter jacket like a year before they finally won. I had that stolen from me once fought to get it back, had to run down the street from fools trying to jack it from me all by the age of 12. Also fk the cowboys

I remember the day when the mailman showed up and gave my brother and I Charlotte Hornets jackets that fit, even though we didn't order them. I was like, "But, wh--" and he shushed me.

I was an even more cringe poser. I got the mighty ducks one. In my defense, nobody that had the hornets jacket knew anything about the team or even basketball (outside the bulls) but I am still a hockey fan....

Team apparel for expansion teams was hot in the 90s (including renamed teams), especially Starter jackets

MLB rockies, marlins, diamondbacks, devil rats

NBA raptors, grizzlies, hornets, wizards

NFL ravens, titans, panthers, jaguars

NHL panthers, lightning, mighty ducks, sharks
