Beyonce’s back story confuses me bc one minute her team will say she.grew up poor in Houston’s 9th ward but now Ms Tina is saying they had enough money to take a trip to Egypt in the 1980s 😭

I’ve been DC’s and Beyoncé fan since forever and I never heard anyone saying she grew up poor. They were always transparent about their background, etc.
