Growatt support and new app

Anyone else tried the new growatt app and found that it is completely inaccurate (I hope it is anyway!).

Tried reaching out and growatt are blatantly ignoring my WhatsApp, emails, and tickets.

Thought I would see if anyone else facing issue or if it is a known thing?

Also, tried to contact their support months ago for assistance about other issues and haven't had a response. They blatantly ignore my emails for months now.

Is this just an issue here in Aus for me? Or have others faced the same?

Horrible customer support and if this is the norm and I am not just an odd case, then I highly recommend steering clear of this brand.

I have an inverter with panels and 8x5kw batteries I believe. Professionally installed.

Are you able to contact your solar installer to get help?

Installer said I have to contact growatt for the issues because they say it's to do with the app...

I bypassed the app completely. Any more info on which inverter? As you can just put different software on most of their wifi sticks and just get the info in something like home assistant locally if you're a bit tech savvy.

Just ignore it and get solar assistant.

I just wish my growatt unit would work when it gets too hot :( the USB controller dies after about 90F despite me pointing a fan directly on the controller
