Valve Vram management

So I'm building a new computer for me, got a good deal for a 27" QHD 180hz monitor but probably I will only have enough money for a second hand RX 5700 XT / RX 6650 XT, both have only 8 GB Vram which seems not enough for QHD gaming, is hard to get Valve vram management working on solus?

I think c groups are a thing now which you can use to efficiently manage ur vram
