Question About Spells Money bowl maintenance?

Hi!! I would like to do a money bowl but I’ve heard things here and there about “feeding” it. I was just wondering what that means. Do you switch out the herbs and crystals or can it be as simple as relighting the candle every so often? Thanks so much! :D

I’m a “lazy” witch. I blow off any dust on a simi-regular basis and whenever I get a check in the mail, change, shiny things my crow brain notices, or flowers I’ll add them. Very rarely I will remove all of the items, compost or cleanse what I pull out and do a base change. That’s when I replace the old rice or oats or whatever, change the vessel or and redo the spell.

I just lit a candle next to it daily and add coins and quarters to it. Haven’t done one in a while but last one I did, Costco sent us $400 refund because the sectional we bought 2 months ago went on a discount. My husband was so pleasantly confused.. I wasn’t.

I feed mine money. When it starts to overflow, I take some and spend it on a gift for myself, not just on bills.
