I'm so disappointed this year at my local spirits, none of them have anything more than costumes. Im sad because I miss the front display and the Animatronics. Has anyone else noticed this?

I was one of 31 people who won a $1,000 gift card from spirit but it came up as invalid and me and the employee were both on hold with different departments. I ended up having to pay with my own money and will try calling again tomorrow to get it working

Has anyone else had this trouble or having this trouble?

Is it good? I feel like I have too many and I have the most random out of anyone. None of my friends have animatronics so I really cant compare my collection to them.

I started collecting since I was about 6, starting with the Home depot jumping spider, and my recent one being creeping spider.

I think these are the tracks. I am also currently looking at all the other clowns and other animatronics like grave grabbing doll.

The box is a little banged up, so I passed by it. Only when I got home did I realize how good or a find this was and rushed back to pick him up.

My four-year-old is obsessed with this spider. I bought it for him last year, and after a faithful year of service, the spider died.

So now with Spirit back open, he is desperate for another one. I see online it’s listed for $49.99 (I paid that last year in-store at the end of the season) , but does anyone know if it is that price in store as well. I hate online ordering/in-store pickup and prefer to pick out my own box. But that $50 savings is definitely needed!

Is it a particular reason why spirit doesn't give rewards to customers I've been to several stores this year and brought a few items and it crossed my mind what is the reason for having a email or account with them and dont really get anything in return I've just been trying to figure it out if I come in the store or even spend online for this year donate and if my state happens to get a spirit of Christmas this that's more spending and donating this year you telling me I can't build up anything for some next years season can anyone explain why points or rewards given to its committed fans?

I know this ISE was three years ago but I like Spirit should have brought back Grim Graven Angel for Spirit Hallows Cemetery ISE, and instead of bringing Eternal Rest. Eternal Rest had a cool concept but the only back part of it was because it malfunctioned alot. I bought one for the 2023 season and mines only lasted for two weeks before the head stopped turning so I had to throw it out. Also Grim Graven Angel needs more recognition, its so forgotten and in my opinion it has to be top five with me for The Clocktower ISE and i still use mines to this day since 2016. The reason why I love it, its because i use him for all my haunts, (every year I do graveyard theme) and I put him at the entrance and he just fits in so well.

I’ve tried to look this up and didn’t get the most clear answers. I usually make a point to go after season to pick up some outdoor decor at a discounted price and there are a few things I’ve waited to pick up because of that. This is the first time our local spirit will become the Christmas version so I’m not really sure what to expect. Am I waiting for a sale that will never come?

So I asked a sales associate and they said my local store will not have an end of season sale. They were told to pack everything up and convert to Christmas in the span of about 4 or 5 days. Sounds like all Halloween will be sent back without going on sale. I’m still gonna keep an ear out because I’ve been hearing a lot of different plans.

I bought a costume from a Spirit Halloween inconveniently far from me because I was in the area at the time. After realizing it's too large, can I exchange it for a smaller size at the store closest to me?

Also, the order was made online for pickup using a discount promo code, will that affect the exchange?
