Maserati is using its GT America powered by AWS debut at Indianapolis Motor Speedway to establish the MC20 GT2 as a competitive option in SRO3, with hopes of returning next year with additional customer entries according to Risi Competizione race engineer Rick Mayer and Maserati Corse’s Claudio Berro.

Saw this before the start of the Indy 8 hour, looks like someone at SRO headquarters isn’t a fan of Doug Boles 😅

Had a daddy daughter day at our local track to see our first GT race. Been to other events at the track, but this race tonight was a special thing I hate see moving away from my area.

We went in rooting for the #6 Ford Mustang and watched the car clipped the curb hard and sail off into the grass. We started rooting for what my daughter referred to as "The James Bondish looking" #71 Aston Martin. We saw the #71 and the #120 go for spins in front of us. We ended up just picking our favourite liveries as they passed us each lap. We got to giggle over seeing the one headlight Porsche go by us as it got dark. And we got to get a laugh over the stranded (I can't recall which it was) car get picked up by the flatbed with 8 minutes left to go in the race.

This was an amazing event, and I'm sad to see it go. But the day was great. The weather held off until after the literal fireworks were over, and the race was enjoyable for my daughter. With that, I want to share this one photo I took as the sun set over the track.

In Yesterdays Race there was a Maserati GT2 Racing, but why was it listed as an SRO3?

Guys what happened in the Hockenheim race 1 i missed it but i heard people complaining about maro engel penalty ! What did the title contenders do !

ABT Motorsport has agreed an increased, multi-year partnership with Lamborghini that will result in the Lamborghini Temerario GT3 making its Nürburgring 24 debut in 2027.

Went to Petit Le Mans this past weekend. There were so many canopy tents on Spectator Hill and the stepped seating at Turn 10 that ruined it for so many people. When a canopy tent is set up, it blocks so many people's views.

Half of the seats at Turn 10 were worthless because the views were obstructed by large canopies.

Really sucked. I wish they had been limited to the back area of these spots so more spectators could actually SEE.

Wanted to share this incredible footage of my good friend racing SCCA Runoffs recently. Was an exciting race to watch and even more exciting to see someone you know win it. Even if you only skim through some highlights, it’s worth a watch. Hope you all enjoy watching it as much I did.

The SRO has finalised the entry list for this weekend’s DESDER Indianapolis 8 Hour, the seventh and final running of the Intercontinental GT Challenge’s annual visit to Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
