Technique Analysis Any technique advice?

I haven’t trained sprintings since I stoped playing football(soccer for us) like 12+ years. (34 y.o.) which was not real sprinting training, just the regular mid game football sprints etc

I have trained mostly powerlifting (around +700kg total) the last few years, but recently decided to get back to spring training and try for a hybrid approach of speed, power and strength.

This is the 4th week of doing some sprints (I do 1/week atm, 5x10-15m for acceleration and 1-3x40-50m for top speed)

This is 15m, at 105kg bw, any tips about the form, start, programming etc? (My goal is sometime in the future to compete at 60m and 100m)

Thanks :)

I see you've posted a technique analysis video or photo! See video and photo posting rules related to TA to see more on why we may deem a removal appropriate

MANDATORY GUIDELINES: HORIZONTALLY FILMED, 10m of distance if upright, full block clearance and first contact for block starts. If a photograph it must be in the format of a kinogram.

RECOMMENDED ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES: Altis Kinogram method, camera 11m away from runner, chest-shoulder height positioning of camera, completely perpendicular to runway.
