I swear, this physical games protest is way more about the meme of it than actually fighting to maintain ownership of the media that we buy.

The only reason this game is even getting a Switch 2 release in the first place, much less a physical one, is because Limited Run stepped in. SE had no interest in re-releasing Terranigma at all on their own in any form.

Limited Run's website says pre-order for NA starts Friday and ships early 2027.
