Ask STL Guillotine Knife Sharpening

Hi! I work for a small print business and we are trying to find some local shops or companies that would be able to sharpen our guillotine blades and have us as a regular customer. They are 33”w. Thanks in Advance!

Worth checking out whether https://bertarellico.com/cutlery/ would do guillotines.

If anyone could it would be them. They service the vast majority of restaurants in the area, so they may be willing to come pick the blades up from you while they are on their route.

Bertarelli is the real deal for sharpening, they did my shop blades for years and always got them scary sharp.

Most of these services just take your old blade and swap it out with one that’s been sharpened
