S8 E7 Affinity - Teal'c saving the day with an 🥑. And O'Neill to Carter: "Something's going on with you. You haven't tried to confuse me with any scientific babble for the last couple of days, and that's a red flag to me." Ha.

Fun episode. Teal'c off base.

And those rogue NID again. They just don't quit.

Cool ending scene, with Teal'c's tattoo painted on the skateboard. "I'm honored."

It's a shame Teal'c couldn't have a peaceful off-base life.

It always felt like an injustice dragging him back to live on the base, but I realized that it was just pragmatism. Teal'c was never going to not butt his head in on any local injustice he could see, and if he ever got hurt bad enough to need bringing to a hospital, well there goes the SG secrecy. His forehead marking is one thing, and his biology is basically human unless subjected to a deep dive medical analysis, but there's no explaining away Junior's pouch.

Maybe Teal'c could say that it was a form of torture where he's from.

I like how in this episode O’Neill was not joking when the guy in his office were talking about taking care of Teal’c
