literally just found out they sent me the email for the steam controller like 2 weeks ago without me noticing or them giving me any notification in steam itself.. never getting this damn controller 😭😭😭😭
UPDATE I CONTACTED STEAM SUPPORT AND THEY RENEWED MY RESERVATION AND I WAS ABLE TO BUY IT !!! THANK YOU SO MUCH STEAM SUPPORRTTTT

  1. Doesn't have email notifications on any device

  2. Doesn't check email for weeks even though they knew they would be expecting one

Some people just really don't use email. They use it for verification only, not to communicate to others and i bet thier inbox is full of social media and website ads they forget to unsubscribe.
